FAQs

How long will my delivery take?

Your orders will process and ship from Sunday to Thursday. All orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.

Delivery Time
All orders will take up to 2-3 working days for processing. UAE deliveries will be done in 2-3 working days after order processing.

Store Pickup
The pickup time is vary on store to store - you can check the available pickup date on checkout page.

Note: The Courier company has delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter,please check complete list for UAE ODA & NSA

What is Returns Policy?

We accept returns within 3 days for defective items only. If the product skin/case is opened or used, Refund/Exchange will not be applicable.

How do I cancel an order after I've paid?

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to support@geekit-me.com. If the order is not printed we can cancel the order and give you a refund.

Note: Refund will take 8 business days to process and upto 30 Days to reflect in your credit card.
